Annai Infra Developers IPO

Premium headphones are big business these days, so the Annai Infra Developers IPO is being closely watched by investors.  This upcoming IPO is a tricky one…lots of pros yet lots of cons.  Annai Infra Developers’s IPO will offer shares from $17 to $20 per share, for a maximum of $182 million.  The company is selling shares, and private investors are also selling an equal amount of shares, 4.17 million each.  They aim to be listed on the Exchange. They are construction firm in the water management and irrigation segment specifically

Even in the faltering economy, the construction firm is well, and there has not yet been a downturn in demand for Annai Infra Developers’s product.  Their products are sold at Target and BestBuy, which account for 10% of Annai Infra’s sales.  They are launching new products to keep their company viable by diversifying, but headphones are almost all of their business.

Annai Infra Developers IPO

Annai Infra Developers IPO size is around Rs 200-250 crores.

Annai Infra Developers’s competitors would be Nike, Adidas, and headphones made by Beats by Dr. Dre and Nixon.  There will more than likely be more contenders in the future as well.  The Annai Infra Developers IPO is expected to help the company grow in the international market, where they have their sights set for maximum growth potential.

Annai Infra Developers has strong representation from celebrities and is very good at reading the market and understanding their customers, similar to Apple.
